The work comprised the demolition of an existing structure and the replacement thereof with a new 4 storey structural steel framed building on piled foundations as well as an external steel magazine structure to accommodate a new EzDex Resin Plant.
The work was further complicated by very restricted site conditions and the need to accommodate existing process equipment within the new Building footprint..
